Guilt and Neglect
Ok, I'm only writing this, as the title says, out of Guilt and Neglect. I really did intend on writing in my blog at least once a week. What I did not take into account is what an expert I am in filling my schedule with everything in every minute... except down time. And when I fill my schedule the most, with the most things that I am the least proficient in, work's psychic suck-dar goes off, and they too offer me, what? MORE WORK! Money is nice. Now, I will have to pay someone to spend it for me.
Once upon a time, I promised several people a Mexico story. There are four hand written pages finished. I just need to be willing to sit in an uncomfortable computer chair to type them out. Also, because the story does not fit on a fitness blog, it will be somewhere else to be revealed when it is completed. I might have ten other topics to write about. What I do when I have an idea is open a Microsoft Word file, jot some notes, and save the file under the title name. Once it's time to sit back down, I might have a book's worth.
The foot is coming along nicely. Still slightly misshaped (only the self-conscious can see the difference) I can once again pinch with my toes, do (some) barefoot pushups, and none of that with a swelling relapse. A new plan that I might put into action, unless I come to my senses. I have to be back at work at 1:15 everyday. So, I could go do weightlifting in the morning, take a break, and do half a fitcamp. While half of anything doesn't seem that much, I am still responsible for staying awake at work everyday.
Back to you, Jim.
