Don't Even Ask
No, I am not at my all time low. I was, and getting back to my three healthy snacks in addition to meals helped. In fact, I was breaking my breakfast down into two more snacks, torturing and agitating my metabolism like I had it at Guantanamo Bay. I was letting that sucker sleep for a minute last week, and I will get back to that tomorrow morning. After all, I still have two months and only a couple of nighttime pounds to go. (Already seen the numbers in AM, which we know isn't a final in the Always Hard On Yourself Olympics.)
What I really like about this diet is that I have always said that I ate what I ate and drank what I drank to get myself to this point, and if I really wanted to, I could reverse it. I said that time and time again, but there was that fear that the damage was permenant. This is due to all the stories you hear about all of these people that have tried an endless number of diets only to fail, or take some fat off only to put it back on again.
This past weekend, I had one night of drinking, a second night of some drinks, and two late night meals. On the other hand, I had all days of only healthy snacks without an actual meal, a three mile hike everyday, and a Sunday of healthy eating. Today, the scale is up 4 lbs. from the past several days, but so is the metabolism, and by tomorrow, I should start seeing good numbers again.
