And You Know What Fonzie Was

 


This is an exercise that we do at FitCamp. I cannot remember the name of it, because when I exercise, the blood goes from my brain to my nostrils and onto the grass field. You repeatedly lift your Fonzie thumbs, head and chest. Like most of our exercises, you do about six of them before you feel done, but have more to do.
